Inserted Full Panel Graphics: These are printed panels that slot directly in to the framework. These are ideal for showcasing your brand on your stand. Please note that as per the visual, there will be a metal pole every 1m along the wall and therefore won’t be a seamless image along one wall.

Uninterrupted Image Full Panel Graphics: These are printed panels that are fitted in top of the shellscheme framework and are ideal if you are looking to have a continuous image running along one wall without interruption. They hide the shellscheme framework and create a seamless image. Once you have placed your order, a member of our team will contact you with the sizes and artwork spec information.

Fascia Board: These will be black fascia boards with stand number and company name on in white text. Please be sure to let us know how you would like your company name to read.

Logo to Fascia Panel: There will be no logos on the fascia for AI Summit.

Fully Printed Fascia Board: These are a great addition to your stand, particularly if you have chosen to brand the interior panels of your stand. Rather than the standard nameboard included in the shellscheme, you can opt to fully brand it instead, making your company stand out. Once you have placed your order, a member of our team will contact you with the sizes and artwork spec information.

Logo to Fascia Panel: We can print and install your company logo to the standard nameboard that is included in your shellscheme. It will be displayed alongside your stand number and company name. Once you have placed your order, a member of our team will contact you to request a hi-res version of your logo.
Flooring

Platform: You can order a platform for your stand. The platforms are either 18mm high or 100mm high. If you wish to run wires under your platform, please order 100mm high as the 18mm high platform is not suitable for underfloor wiring. Aluminium Edging is mandatory when ordering a platform.

Carpet: We offer cord or velour carpet in a range of different colours. We also offer vinyl floorcoverings.

Aluminium Edging: These are strips of metal that are secured on top of the platform and carpet to give a professional look to the stand. It also prevents the carpet from becoming unstuck and therefore preventing a trip hazard.
Additional Standfitting

Wall Panels: This is an additional panel that can be ordered for your stand to create a storage area / lockable area (in conjunction with a lockable door). Multiple wall panels can be ordered should you wish to section a part of your stand off. The possibilities are endless.

Lockable Door: Fitted into a 1m panel, a lockable door provides security to any valuables you may have on your stand. The door can be used in a small storage area to gain access to a larger meeting space if required (when ordered in conjunction with wall panels).

Flat Shelf: This is a white shelf 1m wide x 300mm deep. It is fixed in to our framework and can be used to display items/products. They can support up to 3kg in weight.

Angled Shelf: This is a white shelf (1m wide x 300mm deep). It is fixed in to our framework at an angle and can be used to display items/products. They can support up to 3kg in weight.

Hat and Coat Rack: A 1m beam fitted with 5 x hooks to hang hats/coats on. It fits in to our shellscheme framework. Ideal for us in a storage area.

Garment Rail: A 1m baton fitted to brackets along a 1m panel. Can be used to display a variety of garments on coat hangers/hooks. They can be positioned at any height on the shellscheme panel.

Dwarf Wall Panel: These are white foamex panels at 1m high. They are fitted in to our framework and are useful when creating a divide, but not blocking the stand off completely.

Wall Panel Colour Change: It is possible to change the colour of these wall panels should you wish to.
