Environmental Impact
EESL operates increasingly sustainable model, we operate hybrid working to minimise unnecessary travel, and are always looking for opportunities to reduce waste, save energy, and operate in a sustainable, environmentally aware fashion.

Community Impact
Sustainability is a core value at EESL. To help reduce landfill waste, we repurpose our vinyl banners and foamex panels rather than discarding them. Recently, we donated materials to Sun New Hope, a non-profit animal rescue in North Macedonia, where they will be used to cover kennels in the doggie barn, giving the banners a new and practical life.

Shellscheme
To minimise our environmental impact, EESL shellscheme stands are designed to be, reused again, again, and again – the metal framework of the shellscheme stands, the Foamex structural boards, and all electrical parts can be cleaned, repaired and reused.
As an example, the metal poles and rails are plastic coated, if they become damaged, the plastic coating can be simply replaced so the pole or rail can be reused. Also, the shell scheme stands are modular, and pack flat to minimise transport space needed, reducing carbon emissions.
Flooring & Electrics
Flooring
All the floorcovering we use is 100% recyclable, from the popular cord carpet to more specialist flooring such as Astroturf.
Platforms or stages that we provide are also reused from event to event; this includes the MDF used to create the platform, the aluminium trim, even the screws are collected after the event and used again.
Electrics
We use low wattage LED which are used from event to event, maintained and refurbished where necessary. All installed sockets and wiring are part of a plug and play system which again means that they are reused with no waste.
Graphics
The stretch graphics cannot always be reused – as they could contain exhibitor’s logos, colour schemes, even dates.
In the past, these might have been sent to landfill – however EESL has found new homes for the used stretch graphics with community groups and individuals to make pond liners, hot tub covers, caravan awnings, photography backdrops, picnic blankets, and bags; they are even being used to weatherproof a barn for a grateful dog rescue charity in North Macedonia – if we can find a use for a stretch graphic, we will!
